Maurice Eugene Bingemer, 93 of Henderson, KY passed away Friday October 16, 2020 at Southern Hospice Care in Newburgh, IN.
He was born in Cairo, KY on August 23, 1927 to the late Albert Lee and Bertha Elizabeth (Denton) Bingemer.
Maurice was retired from the City of Henderson and Galloway Electric. He was also a farmer.
Maurice was a member of Bennett Memorial Methodist Church in Henderson, Jerusalem Masonic Lodge #9, Scottish rite in Madisonville. He was past Worthy Patron of Eastern Star. He was a 33rd degree Mason and conducted Masonic funeral rites for years. He was also a US Army veteran, Boy scout master for 5 years, a Kentucky Colonel and worked at Warrick County Farm Bureau Co-op.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Maury Ann Bingemer, 2 brothers; Otis Lee Bingemer and Charles Denton Bingemer and a daughter-in-law Heather Kristine Bingemer.
Maurice is survived by his wife of 69 years, Joyce Ann (Cohron)Bingemer
2 children; Albert Eugene Bingemer of Henderson, KY and Nina Elizabeth "Betsy" Bingemer Barron also of Henderson, KY
7 Grandchildren; Brianna Barron, Tristan Barron, Joseph Pruett, Josh Pruett, Autumn Pruett, Philip Pruett and Kara Bingemer and 3 great grandchildren. Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday October 21st at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY. Rev. Bill Anderson and Rev Dale Carden will officiate.
Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
