Mrs. Helen G. McElligott, 28 Mount Pleasant Ave., Whippany, died Friday at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 53 (almost). Born in Morristown, she lived in Parsippany before moving here 14 years ago.
She is survived by her husband, John; two sons, Ernest Chelton, Morristown, and James Chelton, Hackettstown; two daughters, Mrs. Helen D''Allessio, Parsippany, and Miss Ruth Ann McElligott, Whippany; three brothers, George Miller, East Hanover, Roy Miller, Chatham, and Jeremiah Miller, Kenvil; three sisters, Mrs. Thelma Conklin, East Hanover, Mrs. Ruth Izzo, Landing, and Mrs. Dorothy McDonald, Denville.
Funeral will be 9 a.m. tomorrow from the Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany, to Our Lady of Mercy Church, Whippany, where a Resurrection Liturgy will be offered at 9:30 a.m.
