Mrs. Louisa M. Pool, age 74, wife of A. M. Pool, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucy Edmondson in Grandview, Thursday, January 5. following several weeks of ill health. Mrs. Pool was born January 17, 1859. She was converted and joined the Baptist church in girlhood and lived a faithful Christian all her life. She was married to Jared H. Willoughby when she was 25 years of age, and to this union five children were born, all of whom survive. They are Mrs. Lucy Edmondson, Grandview; Mrs. Minnie Lander, address unknown; Mrs. Kate Black and Mrs. Dona Rose of Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Nellie Johns, Chanute, Kans. Mr. Willoughby passed away September 1. 1914. Mrs. Willoughby was married to A. M. Pool five years ago, and had lived in Eureka Springs since that time until recently when she and her husband moved to Grandview to live with her daughter because or Mrs. Pool's health. Funeral service, conducted by, Rev. B. N. Weaver of Berryville was held at the Grandview church Friday afternoon at three o'clock and interment was in the Grandview cemetery under the direction of the Atkinson Funeral Home, Berryville.
