FRANCISCO — Julia (Harbison) Colvin, 81, died Sept. 19, 2007, at her home.

She had worked as a telephone switchboard operator.

There are no immediate survivors.

Colvin Funeral Home is handling private graveside services in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt. Olympus.

Janet was survived by her favorite nephews, Jon & Jay Harbison whom she helped raise. Also surviving are several nephews and nieces from the Portage, Indiana area.

She pronounced her name Ja-Net.
