SHEFFIELD, AL – Robert Wayne McKelroy, 70, died Thursday, October 8, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Bruce, MS and had worked as a junior high coach. He was a member of Family Worship Center.
Services will be Sunday, October 11, 4 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Jerry Hester officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are his wife – Faye McKelroy; two children – Carla Belue (Rodney) and Brian McKelroy; three grandchildren – Dylan McKelroy, Allyson Elliott and McKenna McKelroy; one sister – Lynn Dobbs (Jim) and two brothers – Charles McKelroy (Margaret) and Rodney McKelroy (Tammi).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Louise McCormick McKelroy.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Belue, Anthony Williams, Micah Jackson and Chris Berry.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 11, 3-4 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL
