The attending physician, William Harrison, M. D, of Kokomo, noted: "saw her but once, just a few moments before she died." She was the daughter of George B. Swisher, born in Logansport, Cass County, and Sarah C. Hacker, born in Monroe County. Her father was the informant. She was buried at Shiloh Cemetery in Howard County on June 25, 1901, Rich and Dimmitt of Kokomo, undertakers.
