Bob Allen Littlejohn was born October 3, 1930 in Waco, Texas to Idyl Merrell Littlejohn and Charles Carlisle Littlejohn. He passed away on September 12, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. Bob is survived by his wife, Betty, son, Andrew, daughter-in-law, Trish, daughter, Laurie Swift, son-in-law, Dan Guy, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Bob served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954, and was an honor graduate from North Texas University in 1951. He was a CPA and began a career with First National Bank, served in various executive positions with Centex and was CEO of Metro Bank in Dallas. After a lengthy career of various insurance, oil investments, and banking positions Bob held a position at Wells Fargo Bank until his death. Bob was a member of many professional organizations and was an active member of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. He volunteered with the Jubilee Program and served as President of the Park Cities Historical Association. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Baylor Foundation Oncology Department or St. Michael's Foundation would be appreciated. Services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010 4 PM. at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Ave. Dallas, Texas 75225. Aria Cremation Service and Funeral Home.
