DEED: 50 years after Rudolph's death, good title to the land had to be made since it was not done at the time of his death and this deed contained the names of many family members. Since many children had died, the grandchildren became heirs and all were named and signed off on the sale. April 20, 1903 for 326 acres. The partition of land was for 25, 44, 49, 84, and 110 acres (missing 14 acres). Deed made April 20 1903 between Elizabeth J.
