According to the story told by my grandmother, Teresa Taddeo , her brother Louie got too close to the potbellied stove and his clothes caught on fire. They did not know about stop, drop and roll back then. He ran outside and died from burns. His death certificate lists burns as his cause of death .He is buried in a family plot consisting of children cousins who died around the same time.
