She was born on December 15, 1956 in Elwood to Ervin and Mary (Neff) Ashby and had resided in the Alexandria/Frankton area all of her lifetime. Nancy was a graduate of Frankton High School, Class of 1975. She had worked at Acraline in Tipton. More recently, she tended bar at the Frankton American Legion and the Alexandria Eagles. She was a lover of pets. She especially loved her family and was a caregiver to her mother. She enjoyed the State of Florida and tanning and was a NASCAR fan. Nancy very much enjoyed going to concerts with her best friend.
Survivors include one son; one brother; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Tom Ashby.
