This is an extremely poignant monument. It is child-sized with a small lamb resting near the bottom. On the back of the stone is a very touching inscription: "The Loan Returned". The child's monument is in a circle area surrounding her great-grandfather Gov. Ninian Edward's monument; her parents are a few stones further up the circle.
Note: the infant was removed from Hutchinson Cemetery and buried in Oak Ridge on May 11, 1865. No first name, dates, or age were listed on the cemetery records. Identification was made by plot number listed.
