Mr. Nels Anderson, one of the inmates of the Bethesda Old Peoples Home for nearly 10 years, passed away at the Home on Wednesday, May 3. he was born in the province of Skane, Sweden, on March 24, 1852 and had thus attained the age of 87 years, 1 mo. and 9 days. He came to America in 1883 and lived for many years in Spooner, WI. From there he came to the Home in Sept. 1929.
His funeral service was held at the Home on Saturday afternoon, May 6, Rev C. E. Slatt officiating and interment was made at West Green Lake Cemetery. He leaves one son Arthur Anderson and family of Boring, Oregon.
