John Lynn Huckstep, 70, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, passed away, Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at The Lutheran Home.
He was born February 18, 1950 in Gordonville, Missouri to Roscoe and Georgia (Davis) Huckstep, the 11th of 13 children.
John was a graduate of Parkview State School in Cape Girardeau, and had also worked at VIP Industries several years ago. He brought great joy to the family with his bluntness, stubbornness, and smooth dance moves. He will be sadly missed by his family, and all who were lucky enough to have known him.
He is survived by brothers, Jack and Joe Huckstep of Scott City; sisters, Janet Jones of Cape Girardeau, Margaret (Paul) Wissmann of Fruitland; several nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry, Jim and Jerrold Huckstep, 2 infant brothers as well as three sisters, Judy Propst, Jane Garcia and Joan Foeste.
