Daughter of John Hardin Pharr and Sarah Rebecca Pharr (born Slappey)
She married Andrew Jackson Neely 11 July 1897.
It is believed that she delivered

son: Thomas Posey Neely 1907 - 1985
dau: Bonnie Louise Neely Shuford 1909 - 1932
dau: Sara Neely Kersey 1912 - 1972
dau: Mary Francis Neely McDonald 1914 - 1966

It is possible that Annie may have died due to the Spanish Flu epidemic. At this point, we do not know. Her youngest was 4 years old when she departed this earth.
