She was the daughter King Dag. the mighty. The brothers quarreled frequently, and mostly because Yngve and Bera, the wife of Alv, were very friendly towards each other. One night when Alv found them sitting in the hall talking, he became very angry, drew his sword in his lap, jumped up and struck Alv a blow which killed him. Both men fell dead on the floor. They were buried in a mound on the Fyres Plains. Yngve had two sons, Jaarund and Eirik.
