She was born in Portland on May 22, 1949 the daughter of Bernard and Iva Lou (Ludy) Parks.
She was married to Richard Newlin and he preceded her in death.
Judy had worked at Community Care Center West, Lo-Bill Grocery and Wal-Mart. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was a 1967 Madison High School graduate.
Surviving are two sons Scot Newlin (wife Kathy) of Pennville and Richard Newlin (wife Marcia) of East Liverpool, Ohio, One daughter Kimberly Piercy of Portland, one brother William Parks of Greenville, Ohio and two sisters Deborah Coleman (husband Joe) of Pennville and Brenda Glatti (husband Ed) of Pennville, Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Hugh Kelly presiding. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery.
