BRISTOL, ME - Marjorie L. Magnuson, 94 ,of 515 Benner Rd., Bristol, ME, passed away peacefully at her home on March 1, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Harold Earle Bean and Olive Ava (Robbins) Bean of Braintree, MA.
She was the wife of the late Arthur B. Magnuson of WIlbraham, MA. She was born September 25, 1915, in Braintree, MA, and graduated from Braintree High School, class of 1933, and from Boston University in 1937.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur; and her son, David B. Magnuson. She is survived by her daughters, Lois Dod-son of Westford, MA, and Lynne Gilbert of Bristol; and grandchildren, Meredith Dodson and her husband, Christopher Green, of Washington, D.C., Robin Dodson and her husband, Joseph Poynton, of Concord MA, Katherine Dodson of Washington, DC, Scott Gilbert of Ithaca, NY, and Daniel Gilbert of Boston, MA; great-grandson, Sean Dodson-Green of Washington, DC; and sister, Doris Barry of Braintree, MA.
