Robert was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 10, 1939, to Florence (Phillippe) Burcaw.
Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Agnes Mary Glasgow and mother, Florence Phillippe Burcaw.
Robert is survived by daughters, Lisa (John) Martínez and Mary (Larry) Harding, brothers, Bill Glasgow (Barbara) and Lew Burcaw (Sue), granddaughters, Christina (Steve) Odom, Tamara (Jacob) Johnson and Lydia (Kiran Patel) Harding, grandson, Jonathan (Alix) Martínez and great-grandchildren, Blake, Gavin, Bella, Julian (Jules), Maci, Zander, Kyleigh and Kayleb.
Robert proudly served in the United States Navy for 26 years, retiring as an E-9 Master Chief. Robert was a member of the American Legion and loved shooting.
Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
