Arloween (Nana) Gjedde, age 97, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Life Care Center of Morristown. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude O. Gjedde, daughter Delores Wells, and granddaughter Lorie Collins.
Mrs. Gjedde was a Labor and Delivery nurse at MHHS for many years and helped deliver more than a thousand babies. After her retirement, she worked for numerous private practice physicians and long-term care facilities. She loved taking care of others.
Nana was a long-time member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was known for her cooking, her flower gardens, and her lively spirit. She will be missed by many.
