BORN 1/19/1904, he was a retired business man in LaPorte. Known to his many friends in Thorndale area as "Pancho" was born, reared and received his education in the Thorndale Public Schools. Member of the First Baptist Church of LaPorte. Preceded in death by brother Jesse, 12/26/1969.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Nora; 3 step-children; 2 brothers, S.M. (Shine) Berry of Thorndale and Melvin Berry of Baytown; 2 half-sisters, Mrs. Eula Garner and Mrs. Allie Locklin of Pasadena; number of nieces and nephews.
