MRS. EVA WELD'S FUNERAL RITES MONDAY
Massena - Mrs. George Weld, the former Miss Eva Bilderback, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Velma Anderson, in Omaha where she had been cared for the past several weeks. Death was attributed to infirmities of age. The body was brought overland Friday evening and will lie in state at the Zink funeral home until the service hour.
Eva Bell Weld, 78, born December 23, 1870, was the daughter of James and Mary Ellen Dean Bilderback. She grew to young womanhood in the Mt. Etna vicinity. She was married to George Weld, who preceded her in death several years ago. She had lived in Massena the past 19 years. The survivors are the daughters, Mrs. Herbert Eshenfelders of Richmond, Indiana, Mrs. I. C. Garner of Blair, Nebraska, and Mrs. I. L. Anderson of Omaha; one brother, William H. Bilderback of Minneapolis; 10 grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Monday in the Massena Methodist church with burial in Massena cemetery.
