Patty Bowman, 87 of Logansport, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020 in Franciscan Health Lafayette East.

Born on February 9, 1933, she was the daughter of Mary Gladys (Crockett) Allen.

On September 26, 1954 in Logansport, she was married to Raymond K. Bowman, who preceded her in death on June 15, 1997.

Patty was retired from Co-Tronics.

An excellent cook, Patty loved to plan family celebrations, especially when it involved baking and decorating cakes. She turned every holiday into an extravaganza with decorations in every room and a feast fit for a king. She was never one to let grass grow around her feet, whether she was working in her yard, crocheting or craft work. She was always busy. More than anything in the world, she cherished the title of "Mother" and especially "Ginny" as she was lovingly called by her grandchildren.

Patty is survived one daughter; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law; and one son-in-law.

She was preceded in death by eight siblings - Max Allen, Paul Allen, Marion Allen, Fred Allen, Larry Crockett, Warren Crockett, Opal Allen and Marjorie Fruit.

A funeral service celebrating Patty's will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Fisher Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Walton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
