ANN T. MINSSEN, 79, of Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clinton, IA, formerly of Fulton, IL, died Monday, September 3, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center in Clinton.

Ann was born January 31, 1928, in Sterling, IL to John and Marie (Kunken) Cassens. She was educated in the Sterling grade schools and attended Sterling High School. She married Elmer L. Minssen on February 22, 1948 in Sterling, IL. He died September 4, 2005. Ann was a homemaker and cleaned private homes for five years. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Morrison, IL. She enjoyed bingo, word puzzles and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include four daughters, Deb Minssen of Clinton, IA, Mary (Mrs. Jerry) Preston of Rock Falls, IL, Linda Minssen of Clinton, IA and Lori Minssen of Fulton, IL; one son, Carl (Karen) Minssen of Fulton, IL; four grandchildren, Tara (Mrs. Brian) Huizenga of Savanna, IL, Mike Minssen of Fulton, IL, Christian and Andrew Hutchison of Fulton, IL; four great-grandchildren, Makayla, Maggie and Bradley Huizenga, Jacob Minssen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother, John Cassens.

VISITATION: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, September 05, 2007 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home – Morrison, IL

INTERMENT: Oak Knoll Memorial Park Cemetery – Sterling, IL
