Rites for G. A. Thrasher, 76, former Oklahoma City resident, will be at 2 pm Thursday in Hahn Funeral Home . Burial will be in Sunny Lane Cemetery. Thrasher, who first came to Oklahoma as a small boy in 1890, died Monday in Rusk, Texas. He operated a series of cafes and restaurants in Oklahoma City and Britton for several years. A member of the Masonic Lodge, he is also a member of the IOOF and the Woodmen of the World. He is survived by a son, Albert of California; four daughters, Mrs Beulah Erwin of Lindsay, CA, Mrs George Roush of Manhattan Beach, CA, Mrs Lois Ewing of Algoa, TX, and Mrs James Chappell of 1904 N. 24; and three brothers, Victor of Sulphur, Andrew of McLoud, and Bill of Tulsa.
