Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Bell Garries, 84, Athens, who died Sunday in a local hospital, will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Athens City Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Reba Flanagan, Atlanta; five sons, Marvin H. Garries, Dallas, TX, Ollie H. Garries, Sammie J. Garries, both of Athens, Clarence E. Garries, Dallas P. Garries, both of Michigan; two sisters, Mrs. Lunar Walker, Athens, and Mrs. Ila McConnell, Decatur; and a brother, Will Gross, Athens.
