CARLINVILLE - Adalin B. Borman, 82, of Carlinville died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003, at the Friendship Home.

She was born Oct. 20, 1920, in Carlinville, the daughter of William H. and Emma Stadler Borman.

Miss Borman graduated from Carlinville High School in 1938.

She was a secretary at Sangamon State University, retiring in 1985, and a greeter at Wal-Mart in Carlinville for seven years.

She also did television and modeling advertisements for Shawnee Ad Work for several years.

She was instrumental in the construction of the new Carlinville Library.

Survivors: a sister, Alvera Borman of Carlinville.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville.

Burial: Moore Cemetery, rural Carlinville.

Miss Adaline B. Borman, 615 E. Edwards St., daughter of Mrs. W.H. Borman, Carlinville, and the late Mr. Borman, became the bride of Bonnie D. Malinoff, 520 W. Williams St., at 10 a.m. Saturday in Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Dr. Edward W. Ziegler performed the double-ring ceremony in the presence of the immediate families.

Attendants were Miss Merle Wood and Miss Elvera Borman, sister of the bride.

The bride is employed by Illinois National Bank.

Mr. Malinoff is employed by the U.S. Post Office.

Upon their return from a wedding trip to West Lafayette, Ind., the couple will be at home at 520 W. Williams St.
