Paul R. Phenneger Jr., 73, of Avondale, died of natural causes Wednesday in Elsmere Veterans Administration Medical Center, Wilmington, Del.
Phenneger was employed in the maintenance department of the former Nu-Pak Co., Parkesburg. He retired in 1990.
U.S. Army veteran, he served during the Korean War.
He attended New London Missionary Baptist Church.
He lived in Avondale most of his life.
Born in Paradise he was a son of Paul R and Margaret Bonsall Phenneger.
