Mrs. Patterson was of the Assembly of God faith, loved reading her Bible daily and listening to music by the Gaithers. She also enjoyed, cooking, spending time with her family and collecting angels and crosses.
She was survived by two sons, Gary Patterson, Sr. (Donna) of Florence, Mississippi and Jimmy Patterson of West Helena; three daughters, Shirley Harmon of Marvell, Helen Coffman (Jim) of Heber Springs and Vicki Adams of West Helena; stepdaughter, June Snyder (Randolf) of Marvell; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Gay Rowsey of Wichita, Kansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 35 years, Warren Odell Patterson; two sons, Ricky Morgan and Donnie Patterson; daughter, Beverly Gilbert; sister, Connie Crist; and two brothers, Winfred Gilbert and Buddy Gilbert.
