Mrs. Buragas was a homemaker. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, and enjoyed taking trips with them. Josephine enjoyed Bingo and Bunco and even belonged to a Bunco Club. She was proud of her Lithuanian heritage and loved her family dearly.
Josephine was also preceded in death by her parents; infant son: John Michael; three brothers: Charlie, John, and Tony Achas; and one sister: Ann Dennis. She is survived by two sons: Joseph (wife, Jeanette) and David W. (wife, Gloria) Buragas both of Springfield; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
