Funeral services for Mrs. Faye Louise Lincecum will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2020, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverend Eric Descant officiating. Interment will follow in Hemphill Star Cemetery, Cotile, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Lincecum, 87, of Lecompte, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 10, 2020, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA.

She was a homemaker and attended Avoyelles House of Mercy Church in Marksville. She enjoyed reading, playing solitaire and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, L.E. and Lona Hunt; her husband, Robert Clayton Lincecum, Sr.; two sons, Robert C. Lincecum, Jr. and Louis Lincecum; four brothers, Jimmy Hunt, Carl Hunt, David Hunt and Jerry Hunt and two sisters, Mary Covington and Lillie Wilson.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Joseph Lincecum and his wife, Sharon, of Lecompte and Frank Lincecum, of Boyce; three daughters, Wanna Lincecum, of Pennsylvania, Virgie Lincecum, of Marksville and Shelby Chisenhall and her husband, Terry, of Cotile; three brothers, Richard Hunt and his wife, Carolyn, of Alexandria, Louis Hunt, of Ball and Fred Hunt, of Tallulah; three sisters, Bobbie Genre and her husband, Raymond, of Erwinville, Kitty Hunt, of Castor Plunge and Ann Harwell and her husband, Lee, of Three Rivers, TX.; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
