Daughter of John Oliver and Mary Ann Price of Wolverhampton, Staffordshire England. John Oliver and wife Mary Ann Price arrived in USA about 1845 and settled in Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

"Deceased was the widow of William L. MacDougall. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Walter Hackett of London, England and a son Dr. L.T. MacDougall of Tunkhannock. Also, one sister, Miss Cora M. Oliver."
