Hobart A. Ya.ell, 48, native of Kentucky and resident of Fontana two years, died yesterday at the County hospital.
Survivors are: his widow, Thelma; three sons, Harold, Hobart Jr., and James A.; four daughters, Juanita, Betty, Nancy and Mrs. Buella Page; three brothers, Hadley and Norman of Kentucky and Burch of Illinois; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Stewart, Kentucky, and Mrs. Caroline Fleming, Ohio. The deceased was a member of the Fontana Post American Legion and lived at Valley and Elm streets, Fontana.
Funeral services are pending with the Ingold funeral home, Rialto.

When Hobert Yazell was born on June 5, 1897, in Kentucky, his father, Harrison, was 36 and his mother, Miranda, was 34. He married Effie Isabell Bobbit and they had two children together. He then married Katherine (Kassie) Hamm and they had one daughter together. He died on August 15, 1945, in California, at the age of 48.
Hobert married first Effie Babbitt on December 18 1917 in Maysville, Kentucky. They divorced. He married second Katherine "Cassie" Hamm.
