Funeral services were held here Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Lucile Harper Wilson, 33, wife of J. T. Wilson, of this city, who died early Tuesday morning following an illness of ten days. The obsequies were held in the Moore Memorial Methodist church of which Mrs. Wilson was a member, conducted by the pastor, the Rev. Melville Johnson, assisted by the Rev. Horace L. Vileel. Interment was held in Oakwood Cemetery, with TrewoIIa Brothers in charge.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, J. T. Wilson, manager of the Winona Motor Co., and by 3 children: Dollie, 14, Jim, 12, Lucile, 5. The following members of the family and friends from out-of-town attended the funeral: Misses Pauline Smith, Carrie May Smith, Mr. Woodrow Smith and Everett Smith, of Houston; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harper, and Frank Harper, of Greenwood ; Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Harper, and Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Harper, of Indianola; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Harper, of Carrollton; Mrs. Frank King, of Okolona; and Mr. W. S. Freed, of Greenwood.
