He passed away on July 26, 2020 in Russellville, Arkansas at the age of 89. He was an Army Veteran, worked at the US Forest Service, and was a member of the Scottsville Word of Light Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Lester English; Lloyd English; Floyd English; Lewell English; and his sister, Ollie Freeman.
He is survived by his wife, Jewell Bernice Standridge English; his daughters, Sue Carol McWilliams and Jo Ann Gibson; his five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Annie's Chapel Cemetery in Hagarville, Arkansas with Reverend Arnold Humphrey officiating.
