Raymond Bylo, age 75, of Trumbull, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at St. Vincent Medical Center with his loving family by his side. Born in Bridgeport on January 26, 1932, he was the son of the late Walter and Catherine (Brzezinski) Bylo. He graduated from Harding High School and earned a B.S. and Masters Degree from the University of Bridgeport. Ray served in the U.S. Army, was a United States Korean War veteran, received the National Defense Service Medal and was honorably discharged as a master sergeant. He was active in the military reserves for many years. Ray was employed by the Defense Contract Audit Agency of the U.S. Government until his retirement in 1990. In addition to his loving and devoted wife, Catherine (Kay) Riganese Bylo of 49 years, he is also survived by his cherished children, Michael Bylo and his wife, Maryann, Cathy Scinto and her husband Mark, and Brian Bylo. Ray was loved by and devoted to his grandchildren, Angela, Christine, Mary and Sarah Bylo and Matthew, Alissa and Emily Scinto; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Stanley Bylo. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 9 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church for a Mass of Christian Burial.
