Mazeppa - Funeral services were conducted today for Mrs. Charles Acquard, 87 years old Belle Chester resident, who died at her home after seven years of failing health. Born in Bennington Center, NY. she was married there in 1880 and came to Minnesota that year, residing near Lake City until moving to Belle Chester in 1901. Survivors are three sons, Nick of Belle Chester, Edward of Red Wing and Alfred of Rochester; two daughters, Mrs. clara Tether of Red Wing and Miss Agnes of Belle Chester, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted in St. Mary's Catholic Church by Rev. Birger, with interment in the church cemetery.
