Contrary to Edward's engraved birth-year of 1866, I found living with his family in the 1870 census of Whitewater, Walworth Cty, WI; listing his age of 7yrs, which would have put his birth-year at 1863, or there-abouts. Since we all know talents of census enumerators varied greatly, we also know "executors" make errors while settling estates. I opted to use the enumerator's birth year in this listing until someone provides me with the correct information.
