Mack Fuqua Clements was born on December 11, 1878 in Tennessee, the son of John Marion Clements (1835–1919) and Octavia (Brooks) Clements (1838–1918).
He had been married, but was later divorced.
A retired barber living at 161 Green Street in Nashville, Mack was 81 years old when he died at home of chronic myocarditis on June 18, 1960. Burial was two days later in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
