INMAN -- Helen Becker, 88, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Pleasant View Home in Inman.
She was born Jan. 17, 1911, in rural Inman to Henry and Helena (Thiessen) Regehr. She married George Becker Sept. 2, 1934, in Inman. He survives.
She was a member of Bethel Mennonite Church in Inman and the Charity Society. She was a lifetime Inman area resident.
Other survivors include: one son, Eldon Becker of Dodge City; two daughters, Vivian Stucky of Hutchinson and Doris Frick of Dodge City; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Barry Ross Becker; five brothers and four sisters.
Graveside services were Tuesday at North Inman Cemetery with a memorial service following at Bethel Mennonite Church in Inman with Pastor Mike Knowles officiating.
Memorials have been established with Bethel Mennonite Church or Pleasant View Home in care of the funeral home.
