"Pioneer Globe Woman Passes Away At 72"
Following one day's illness, Mrs. Hannah Thomas, 72, a resident of Globe for the last 18 years, died early yesterday morning at her home at 328 South Devereaux street. The body is at the Jones funeral home. Funeral arrangements will not be made until word is received from relatives who live in other states.
Mrs. Thomas had been suffering from asthma the last few years but up to Sunday night was in good health.
The deceased is survived by J.W. Thomas and Mrs. Rowe See of Globe; Shelton Thomas, Eastland, Texas; John Thomas, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Gertie Roach, McLean, Texas; and Frank Thomas of Ventura, Calif.
