Carl R. Tramel, 74, of 4021 N. Sterling died Monday, May 10, 1993, at Rosewood Care Center.
Born Sept. 12, 1918, in Pontiac to Christopher and Flora Lee West Tramel, he married Vera M. Kaiser on July 30, 1938, in Pontiac. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Roger of Peoria; one daughter, Mrs. William (Marcia Lynn) Nelson of Algonquin; one brother, Harold of Lebanon, Mo.; and three sisters, Effie Mackinson, Thelma Mae Strong and Marjorie Ripsch, all of Pontiac.
He was a self-employed barber and also worked as a real estate agent at Jenn Realty.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
