Mrs. Puzey was born in Eskeltuna, Sweden, a daughter of Peter A. and Mary L. Ohlin. She was the widow of Fred Purey, Salt Lake City.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are a son, Clarence A. Sanford, Salt Lake City; a brother; seven stepbrothers and stepsisters, Mrs. Edith Holt, Mrs. Judith Freed, Esther, Ann, Adolph, Arthur and Harry Ohlin, Salt Lake City; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
