Pearl Jeannette Fulks Short, 86, of Lynchburg, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Born November 14, 1927; she was a daughter of the late Thomas Massie Fulks and Pearl Harvey Fulks.
In addition to her parents, Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Louis Short, Sr.; brothers, Melvin Fulks and wife, Margaret, Warren Fulks and his two wives, Betty and Laverne; daughters, Alice Arthur and Rebecca Short; son, R.L. Short, Jr.
