Fred Baker, 71, Bristow, died Thursday in Bristow. Baker was born February 18, 1922, in Drumright and married Luceil Favors Aug 15, 1949 in Bristow.
He was a member of the First Grace Church of Glenpool and attended Bristow Schools. He retired in 1986 from his position as a heavy equipment operator in a steel shop.
Survivors include wife Luceil of the home, son Donald, and three brothers Marvin, Lloyd and Oscar.
He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Dove Baker, one son, one daughter, three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Monday at the Hutchins-Maples Chapel in Bristow.
Burial is to follow at the Bristow City Cemetery under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home.
