Floyd was the son of Levi Alanzo and Belle (Said) Hill. His twin was Lloyd Hill, also buried in this cemetery. Levi and Belle are buried here also, as is Floyd's brother, Melvin Levi Hill and his siter, Vera Hill Davis. Floyd married Mabel Amanda Hagstrom in Fort Dodge, Iowa on 19 January 1921. They were the parents of three children: Arden Floyd, Leslie Levi and Helen Mae (who married Marlin Keith Foote).
