Tine P. Dickinson, age forty-nine, 4451 Central Avenue, secretary-treasurer of the International Machine Tool Company, died late Wednesday in Methodist Hospital after two months' illness.

Mr. Dickinson, who came to Indianapolis about thirty years ago to become bookkeeper of the International Company, was born in Catlin, Illinois, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Dickinson. He was educated in the schools at Catlin and Danville, Illinois, and attended Brown's Business College in Danville. He was employed for a time in the wholesale grocery business in that city before coming to Indianapolis.

He married Miss Ethel Rosemeyer in Indianapolis June 14, 1911. They competed in drills in Philadelphia and New Orleans. Mr. Dickinson also was a member of the Eastern Star.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday in the Scottish Rite Cathedral with the Rev. Chester A. McPheeters, of the North M. E. Church and Dr. Lewis Brown, pastor emeritus of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

The body will lie in the Scottish Rite Cathedral from 11 a.m., Friday until the hour of the rites. A guard of honor will be provided by Raper Commandery, Knights Templar, and the ritualistic service will be conducted by Mystic Tie Lodge.

Active pallbearers will be O. B. Iles, Lawson O'Malley, Dr. W. W. Peet, Harry Heidergott, Birney Spradling, F. Elmer Raschig, Lewis F. Malcolm, J. Ralph Fenstermaker, Lloyd D. Claycombe, Gwyne F. Patterson, J. Lewis Bray and William A. Rosemeyer.
