John Julio Arnese was born in Jackson, CA to John and Barbara Arnese on September 2, 1953; the youngest of 5 siblings. John attended local schools graduating from Jackson High School.

He spent the majority of his adult life in Amador County where he worked with his dear friends Jeff & Vicki Holman for many years. He first worked as construction manager of the auto center, then buying and selling cars, until he eventually opened his own car lot.
John also possessed compassion and empathy for all animals, especially cats. He was extremely talented, a “Mr. Fix-it” which he put to good use caring for the cats; fixing or modifying their environment at APAL.

John treasured his family and friends. He was a devoted and loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

He was greeted in Heaven by his parents, sister Suzette, brother Ronald and Sister-in-Law Tico. John is survived by his sister Paulette (Gary) Vaith, brother Joseph Arnese, Sister-in-Law Debbie Arnese, nephew Eric (Sheri) Arnese and cousin Caryl Arnese. He is also survived by his beloved friends Diane Holland, Jeff and Vicki Holman, Roger Faddis, Rick Laituri, Jamie Ledbetter and his cats, Butters and Lucy.
