BETTY LOU CAFFEY-PETRY passed away Tuesday evening, April 15, 2003 at her home surrounded by her five daughters after a valiant fight with Ovarian Cancer.
Betty is preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, J. W. Caffey, and her parents, Cecil and Lou Dora McCain.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin Petry; daughters, Sherry Furlough and husband, Robert, Jo Dean Faulkner and husband, Bill, Diane Graham and husband, Lee, Janice Rogers, Tammy Dossey and husband, David; sisters, Eudene Tham and Ginger Sargent; grandchildren, Chanda, Christy, Courtney, Misty, Risha, Keegan, Clint, Miranda, Cara, Dustin, Magen; 11 great grandchildren that love their G G; numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive visitors Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, April 18, 2003 in the chapel of Rosewood Funeral Home with Luther Bolenbarker officiating. Interment will follow at Salty Cemetery in Rockdale , Texas.
