Mr Clark was born Feb 15, 1901 in Macomb, the son of William and Lucy E Sweasy Clark. He had been a route salesman for Coca Cola Bottling Company for 24 years. Prior to that he was employed at the Iowa Ordinance Plant and groomed show horses. He was a veteran of World War II, was a member of the Macomb Masonic Lodge and the (unreadable).
He married Maxine _____ September 21, 1940. She survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs Nancy Richardson of Macomb, a granddaughter, one brother, Harrison Clark of Macomb, and four sisters, Mrs Myrtle Lee White of Lafayette, Ind, Mrs Mabel Owen and Mrs Susie Robinson, both of Macomb and Mrs Cecilia Hainline of Kewanee. One sister, Mrs Ollie Pointer, is deceased.
Friends may call at the funeral home. Visitation with the family will be from 7 to 9 this evening. Masonic services will be conducted at the funeral home at 8 p.m. tonight.
