Billie Joe Prince, 88 of Irving died Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Billie was born July 4, 1931 in Johnson County, Texas to William Edward Barry and Iva Jewel Calhoun Barry. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Franklin Prince; sister, Hazel Lewis; niece, Betty Douglass and two infant brothers.

Billie is survived by her daughter, Pam Harpster and husband David of Fort Worth; son, Thomas E. Prince and wife Tracy of McKinney; sister, Linda Kindred – Head of Irving; grandsons, Chris Mathews and wife Abigail of Las Vegas; Bryan Harpster and wife Melissa of McKinney, Chad Mathews and wife Lindsey, Daniel Harpster of McKinney; granddaughters, Brandi Erwin and husband Ryan of Las Vegas, Kelly Johnson and husband Matthew of Garland, and Kelly Harpster of Dallas; great grandsons, Parker Mathews of Las Vegas and Andrew Powers of Garland; great granddaughters, Madelyn Powers of Garland, Jayse Harpster of McKinney and Logan Harpster of McKinney; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a long-time member of Belt Line Road Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to Mission Printing through Belt Line Road Church of Christ, 1202 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75061.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home. Services are 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2019 at Belt Line Road Church of Christ 1202 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75061. Interment will be at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75060.
